Yates Mill Estates HOA - Monthly Update - May 2018

The board will be working with Mary Monticelli @ Kohn-Ell over the next couple of months to get acclimated to HOA responsibilities. Mary @ Kohn-Ell will continue to be our neighborhood manager.
The board will be having monthly meetings. If you have any concerns you would like addressed, please contact Mary Monticelli at marymonticelli@kohnell.com.
The board will be releasing a monthly update with the most recent decisions and relevant information for our HOA members.

Stanley Martin will be responsible for getting the roads transferred over to the county.
Mary @ Kohn-Ell is working with them on this; more details in June 2018.

Our neighborhood electric bill includes:
- Front signage at lot 54
- Front signage at lot 55
- All neighborhood street lights
The street lights bill should transfer to the county once the roads are transferred.

Our BMPs have been reviewed by Harris Engineering and their quote for maintenance and quarterly inspections is under review.
Mary @ Kohn-Ell is working with Stanley Martin to get the BMPs cleaned up now and into a good state for Harris to take over (mowing, skimmer removal [state requirement], and erosion issues).

The board is working on a scope of work request to send to a handful of grounds landscaping companies.

A neighborhood informational website is in the works. This website will house HOA documents and updates from the board. We will send out the URL once it is ready.
